Sunset Lounge VIP (Single-Day / Weekend Pass)
18+ only. Upgrade your festival experience with access to our exclusive tiered amphitheatre overlooking the stage and Indian Ocean. Enjoy premium viewing, complimentary cushions (unreserved seating), a private VIP bar serving cocktails, priority entry, dedicated VIP toilets, and access to food from Peach Pit Bar.

Youth (Sunday only, 5–17 years)
Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Maximum of two under-18 attendees per guardian. Access to general event areas under supervision.

Junior (Sunday only, 0-4 years)
Free entry with a parent or legal guardian. Maximum of one child under 5 per guardian.

Sunday Family Bundle (Sunday Only)
The Sunday Family Bundle includes 2 Adult and 2 Youth tickets, making it easy to enjoy a full day of live music, food and entertainment by the beach. Additional Youth or Junior tickets can be purchased if required. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What is included in the Sunday Family Bundle?

The Sunday Family Bundle includes 2 Adult tickets and 2 Youth tickets for Sunday at Scarborough Beach Weekender. It’s the perfect option for families wanting to enjoy a full day of live music, food and entertainment by the beach.

When is the Sunday Family Bundle available?

The Sunday Family Bundle is available for Sunday only and cannot be used for Saturday entry.

Can I purchase additional Youth or Junior tickets with the Family Bundle?

Yes. Additional Youth or Junior tickets can be purchased separately if required. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

How many children can attend with the Family Bundle?

The Family Bundle includes 2 Youth tickets. Additional Youth or Junior tickets can be purchased separately if required, with a maximum ratio of one parent or legal guardian per two Youth and/or Junior attendees.

What ages qualify for Youth and Junior tickets?

Youth tickets are available for attendees aged 5–17 years. Junior tickets are available for children aged 0-4 years. All attendees, including Youth and Junior ticket holders, require a valid ticket for entry. All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Do children need their own ticket?

Underage tickets (Sunday only) must be purchased for each attendee under 18. A maximum of two under-18 attendees may accompany one adult.

Yes. Oztix offers flexible payment options, including Pay Over Time and Afterpay, allowing you to secure your ticket and spread payments over instalments before the event.

Your ticket is only confirmed once all payments have been successfully completed. If a payment fails or is missed, your booking may be cancelled, so please ensure your payment details remain up to date.

We honour Companion Cards. Eligible ticket holders are entitled to a complimentary ticket for their companion.

Before the event:
To arrange a companion ticket in advance, please email a copy of your Companion Card and a contact email address to hello@palacej.com.au so we can organise ticket distribution.

On event days:
Companion Card holders may present their card at the gate alongside a valid ticket for entry, and their companion will be admitted.

Upgrades may be available depending on ticket availability. You can upgrade from General Admission to Sunset Lounge VIP by contacting our ticketing team or through your online ticket account.

• Each ticket type is valid only for the date(s) originally purchased.
